5.1. Shipping Charges
For all online orders, shipping costs are calculated after consultation with the customer.
5.2. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped by private shipping company and according to their volume.
All orders are shipped the next business day from the date they are made. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the distributor will leave a note with the contact details of the company, so that you can arrange to go again at a time that will serve you best.
